Black Russian Parties in BK?!?!??!

This flier was forwarded to me by a friend of mine. Was there a huge underground population of Russian Blacks hiding out in Brooklyn? When is the last time you've met a Black Russian? Obviously they've had to migrate from Africa in order to be considered Black Russian. I missed this event..I'd totally be in the mix with a Zhangief T-shirt on.
